Code of Conduct and Terms of Membership
Disclaimer
It is important for us at Punch-It Entertainment, the makers of Battle for Sularia, to foster positive communities and relationships inside and out of where people love to play games. The guidelines below will outline how our ambassadors will help us to continue to serve this goal. Please be sure to read the following thoroughly so that you may understand the Battle for Sularia Code of Conduct and Terms of Membership.
I. Code of Conduct
Ambassadors will adhere to the following guidelines when acting in their capacity as a representative of Punch-It Entertainment and Battle for Sularia.
- Conduct themselves in a manner that is respectful to the establishment where games are being play, the player base they are serving, online communities, Punch-It Entertainment staff, other ambassadors, representatives and members of other game companies/communities, and the public at large.
- This means abstaining from:
- The use of profane language.
- The use of language that degrades, demeans, and may be deemed to be abusive or offensive, including: insults, rumor, and unwanted criticism.
- Creating disruptions through inappropriately loud behavior and disrespect for others’ space.
- Any aggressive physical force or behavior against another.
- Any purposeful theft or damage of property of others.
- This means abstaining from:
- Will maintain a positive attitude and discourse about Punch-It Entertainment and Battle for Sularia products.
- If a member of public is negative and a solution cannot be provided by the ambassador, the public may be directed to voice their inquiry by email to:

- If a member of public is negative and a solution cannot be provided by the ambassador, the public may be directed to voice their inquiry by email to:
- Will participate with other ambassadors, Punch-It Entertainment staff, and the hobby gaming public, to coordinate, run, and/or assist in weekly game nights at host preferred retailers, monthly tournaments, and intermittent structured demo days.
- Ambassadors will need to be able to set aside a minimum of 2-3 hours per week to dedicate to ambassador activities.
- This minimum is considered the minimum requirement for ambassadors beginning as a Provisional Liaison.
- Time commitment requirements may increase as outlined below in Section II. Article 3. Subarticle 3.
- Will be prompt and on-time to events in which a commitment is given.
- If a delay or a cancellation is necessary, appropriate notice is given to event/venue staff, other ambassadors, and the hobby gaming public.
- A replacement will be sought and procured, if possible, to fulfill the commitment if a cancellation or prolonged delay is necessary.
- If a cancellation is unavoidable, a new date is selected to reschedule the event that is satisfactory to the event/venue staff and the hobby gaming public.
- If a delay or a cancellation is necessary, appropriate notice is given to event/venue staff, other ambassadors, and the hobby gaming public.
II. Terms of Membership
Membership as a Battle for Sularia Ambassador is contingent upon adherence to the code of conduct set forth above. Below are items relating to admission into the ambassador program, benefits, and continuing terms of membership.
- Membership confers many benefits, up to and including:
- Exclusive ambassador only promo cards.
- Ambassador community and social media resources.
- Inside track to Punch-It Entertainment and Battle for Sularia news and developments.
- A platform to make yourself heard in the gaming community, with Punch-It Entertainment
- A chance to be a valued and respected member of a team in the hobby game community.
- Admission to the ambassador program is contingent upon:
- Completion of Mission 0: the Ambassador Questionnaire.
- Review of the Ambassador Questionnaire by Punch-It Entertainment staff.
- The consideration process may include:
- Contact with the local game store staff the applicant frequents.
- Investigation of online resources and information.
- Interview by telephone, email, or in-person with persons of interest for character reference.
- The consideration process may include:
- Acceptance of the applicant into the Ambassador Program by Punch-It Entertainment staff.
- New ambassadors start as a Provisional Liaison.
- Continuing terms of membership in the Battle for Sularia Ambassador Program is contingent upon:
- Satisfactory adherence to the Code of Conduct set-forth above under Section I.
- Adherence to the minimum time commitment set forth in Section I. Article 3. Subarticle 1.
- Adherence to the minimum time commitment by ambassador rank, as rank increases.
- Increasing time commitments will be outlined prior to promotion and may be accepted or declined along with the promotion by the ambassador qualifying for promotion.
- Exit from the Battle for Sularia Ambassador Program may be initiated for the following reasons:
- Unsatisfactory adherence to the Code of Conduct.
- Non-adherence to the minimum time commitment required by rank.
- At the request of any ambassador for any reason, at any time.
- A temporary or long-term stay of membership may be requested if extenuating circumstances exist, however, approval is contingent upon the acceptance of Punch-It Entertainment staff.
- In such an event, current rank will be frozen and commitments suspended, until such a later date that ambassador duties are resumed as agreed upon by the Punch-It Entertainment staff.
- A temporary or long-term stay of membership may be requested if extenuating circumstances exist, however, approval is contingent upon the acceptance of Punch-It Entertainment staff.
- Any other reason deemed by the Punch-It Entertainment staff, at any time.
- Upon exit from the Battle for Sularia Ambassador Program, for any reason, at any time, all rights, privileges, benefits, rank, and disbursement of outstanding benefits are at the sole discretion of the Punch-It Entertainment staff.
- Terms of the Ambassador Code of Conduct and Terms of Membership are subject to change and notification in writing will be given in such an event.
